1. Shipping Zones & Rates

We provide door-to-door delivery across the entire United Arab Emirates.

Note: For "Remote Areas" (e.g., certain areas in Al Ruwais, Liwa, or deep Western Region), an additional 2–3 days may be required.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or UAE Public Holidays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We understand that COD is a preferred way to shop in the UAE.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready in AED for the courier.

  • Our courier partner will call or WhatsApp you to coordinate the best delivery time.

  • Verification: For high-value orders, our team may call you to verify the order before dispatch.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your package's journey from our international warehouse directly to your doorstep in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah.

5. Customs & Import Duties

Since we source our unique collections globally to bring you the best prices:

  • Most orders under AED 1,000 are exempt from customs duties for personal use.

  • In the rare event of additional customs fees, these are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Undelivered Packages

If our courier is unable to reach you after three attempts, the package will be returned to our local hub. Please contact us
